Dog Friendly Beer Gardens for a Summer Evening

Here are some of our favourite pubs with beer gardens that are worth a visit this summer…

The Cornish Srms, St Merryn, Rick Stein

1.The Cornish Arms, St Merryn

The Cornish Arms is a traditional style pub serving both a lunch and dinner menu of Rick Stein recipes. Dogs on leads are welcomed throughout the whole pub, including the large beer garden overlooking beautiful views of the Cornish countryside.

2.The Smugglers Den, Holywell Bay

This 16th century thatched pub was a recent finalist in Cornwall Life’s dining pub of year competition along with being featured in the AA good pub guide. Visit on a Sunday for a traditional roast in the garden or terrace, but be sure to book ahead as it is very popular with dog owners.
